i worked for Zivro as a designer for less than a year - Designer Zivro Employee Review

No pros. Not at all. When an employer knows how to treat employees then any workplace - even if a hut - would seem great.

I quit the job the very second day after joining. Walked off in the middle of the working day after knowing the following generosity levels of the bosses of the company. - The company is run by a couple. Two ignorant bosses: Lacks basic communication skills, empathy, work ethics, and professionalism. - They enact in interview as if you are the right person and the most deserved candidate (if they think you are the right fish), and sets you to believe they are kind and humble. Then, they both play a smart game to net the fish for the dinner (to haunt you the rest of your days at the company). - As mentioned in one of the reviews here, the couple wants you to read their mind, they misinform you about the tasks or may be I believe that they don't know anything to inform you correct. -They degrade you; they will make you feel worthless. I even heard the male boss murmur something in a taunting manner (remember it was my second day at work) when I told I don't know about a particular topic and I expected him to help with it. - In one sentence: They want bhakts, who salute them and say yes to everything they do. - I have worked in different professions in my past 7 years of career. I have worked with IITians, wonderful doctors, teachers, volunteers, clients from other countries, and I have never experienced a day at an office as worse as I did at Zivro.

This company does not have any Pros.

I donno where to start. There is millions of cons. This company was formerly called Kapnovate Technologies. Check out the review for "Kapnovate Technologies" in glassdoor. Thats the truth. Maybe they changed the name because all the truth about the company was revealed. Karthik and Pallavi own this company and they are the most sadistic people i''ve ever seen in my entire life. Hardly 5 people work in this company and they call it a start up. But its been around 4 years since they started the company and still call it a startup. Its just a failure company. These two people behave like they own a huge MNC where they have lakhs of employees. They never answer any calls. Extremely extremely rude people. They literally treat employees like slaves. The 5 star review is fake. I guess they rudely forced somebody to write or they would've written it themselves. I would advice that nobody joins here. You deserve much better than to work in such a company and to work for such people. Even if you are too desperate don't join here. It is my kind request because i don't want anybody to get hurt as i did.
