Pros

Work Remotely Good Benefits Flexible Time Off

Cons

The culture has changed dramatically here. People are quitting left & right with zero acknowledgment from upper management. Brought in people from outside who have restructured the company to the point that it's unrecognizable. People used to help each other out - now everyone is bitter, angry & overworked. Employees worked their butts off slinging disinfectant & cleaning supplies during the pandemic & constantly working overtime. The company made a ton of money & the owner wrote himself a $1.8M check while dismissing requests by staff for raises. No room for advancement here.

Pros

Never boring, open to new ideas and ways of doing things, employees are empowered and encouraged to be creative and have fun

Cons

If you’re not used to having a lot of flexibility and thinking in an entrepreneurial way, this is probably not a good fit.

Pros

- Zogics is growing and fast, too! This makes it an exciting place to work with ever-shifting dynamics and plenty of opportunities to play a hand in taking the business to the next level. - Zogics offers the best kind of learning: experiential. As the business develops, employees are exposed to different facets of running a growing business. - Ideas - both brilliant and down right crazy - are encouraged. Everyone is given a voice to contribute to the amazing work being done. - Zogics is service-oriented. Everything we do is with our customers in mind. As such, there is a sense of fulfillment in our roles. - Fun, team environment where play and work come together for effective collaboration. - Amazing perks!! From an onsite gym to a dog-friendly work environment and everything in between, Zogics truly puts its employees first.

Cons

- With growth comes challenges and a need to keep adapting, improving and reaching for higher goals. Feedback is also a critical part of our development as we look to always set the bar higher. If you're not self-motivated and goal-oriented, this may not be the right place for you. - Questionable music choices. Some people shouldn't be allowed to DJ at our Friday BBQs.
