Pros

There is a great deal of flexibility and a refreshing absence of micromanaging. Leadership is earnest and will give you the tools needed to succeed, provided you know what they are and aren't afraid to be direct and ask for them.

Cons

Lack of training, which is why this is a great spot for an experienced sales rep. If you know your way around a data center you are on the road to success!

Pros

They dont have any positives, its a third grade company

Cons

This company is obsessed with raising an IPO and nothing else. The top management is painfully out of touch with reality, has zero exposure beyond their own bubble, and survives purely by squeezing employees dry. Only people who enjoy licking their managers’ boots should even consider joining. If you have self-respect or independent thinking, your life here will be absolute hell. Working hours are a joke. Expect to work from 9:45 AM to 8 PM, on so-called “optional” holidays, weekends, and even during your leaves. Your time, health, and personal life mean nothing to them. Decide wisely. A 6-day working culture is followed most weeks without any shame. Think a hundred times before joining—this place will consume you. Managers are rude, disrespectful, and openly shout at employees in front of others. Stay long enough and you will lose your confidence, dignity, and self-worth. This company will break you mentally. Zero perks. Zero benefits. Zero concern for employee well-being. The culture is so regressive that employees are expected to address managers as “Sir/Ma’am” like it’s some feudal setup, not a modern workplace. I could go on endlessly, but this should be enough. If you value your mental health, confidence, and basic human respect, boycott this company completely.
