Pros

Getting a job here isn't too difficult they tend to hire a lot of people with little to no professional experience which is good for people trying to get into the industry. There are a few people who are really good at thier jobs that can help you learn and grow.

Cons

Since they hire people with little experience they pay lower than average salaries. Even as you gain experience and become better at your job your compensation won't reflect that. And when it comes time for scaling back, loyalty and work quality are less important than who cozyed up to management more and who is cheaper.

Pros

You will work with a lot of good, honest, hard working people. Real people and you'll make a lot of friends. These people care about the quality of their work.

Cons

Zombie seems to go through a lof of hiring binges followed by downsizing. These are often not spaced out too far apart and that leads to a certain amount of job insecurity/ general nervousness. Many of the projects they take on have a very fast turn around time and it's hard to make a good game when you don't have enough hands to do it with, even if the hands you do have are doing a great job.
