      Free certifications and training. Many comment about getting your feet wet at zones... However, you can get your feet wet anywhere... Avoid this company at all costs...

      Poor base Poor commission Shady WAC structure No transparency No leadership Poor benefits No clear strategies "Free" breakfast ...McDonald's provided healthier options. Co-workers sleeping in the office and cars because of lack of salary and incentives.

      Pros

      Work from home is a perk for most. Some ability to travel and attend events with clients and prospects.

      Cons

      Where do I begin? If you really need a job, I get it but would not recommend it! So many issues- toxic culture, very siloed even within sales organization, leadership not to be trusted. Penny pinching on sales commissions and unrealistic sales goals.
