Pros
It was the worst mistake of my life to join this toxic organization
Cons
The current state of the PMO department is deeply concerning. It is being managed by Haroon and Arham lack both the educational background and relevant project management experience. Their approach reflects a poor understanding of PMO practices, often misclassifying routine operational tasks as projects. The environment is marked by internal politics, poor leadership, and what many describe as mental pressure on team members. Unfortunately, promotions and authority appear to stem more from office politics than from competence or performance. Given their conduct and management style, it’s hard to see them as aligned with the standards expected in a professional PMO. This leadership not only diminishes the value of project management but also fosters a demoralizing and toxic work culture.
