Leadership is constantly changing and not aligned. New roles get created without any clear purpose, and people are moved around like chess pieces — just with way less strategy. Employee and customer feedback is mostly ignored, but there are always new initiatives rolled out to make it seem like we’re being heard.
The way layoffs are handled is honestly pretty terrible. People just disappear overnight with no explanation, their access cut off. Those who speak up often seem to be next. Then a few weeks later, the same roles pop up again in a different location.
Trust in leadership is low. We’ve been told things like “there won’t be more layoffs,” only for the opposite to happen not long after. This is a global phenomen.
