Thank you for sharing your experience. I am sorry to hear you felt quotas were unattainable. Coming into this year we actually lowered quotas in most segments after closely reviewing capacity, inbound volume, and AE headcount to help put teams in a position to earn and win. While market shifts can affect demand in ways we cannot fully control, we do account for ramp and performance when we set expectations and compensation. As our customer mix and market conditions evolve, we have to adjust our sales capacity and targets so we can serve customers effectively and stay competitive. I appreciate your candid feedback.
