First, I’m sorry to hear that your manager left the company within your first week - that is not an employee experience we hope for any new hire, and I certainly understand how that can make onboarding more difficult.
More importantly, I’m sorry to hear you felt overworked in your role. Yes, we are a sales-focused organization. And you’re right; we’re also an organization that is always striving to be better, which can lead to a workload that seemingly never ends.
As a customer-first organization, we’re available when our prospects and customers need us. That can often be during the weekend or on a Sunday when busy executives get caught up. I recognize the push and pull that can lead to, and it’s why we aim to empower everyone here to take the time they need to rest and recharge, and why we provide unlimited PTO to ensure people feel empowered to do so.
