Pros
If you prove your worth you can move around internally pretty easily. The non-leaders at this company are awesome, love my colleagues.
Cons
Terrible leadership starting with Schuck and Hayes at the top and it goes all the way down. Toxic corporate culture, total bro mentality so it feels like a frat house. These terrible leaders make bad decisions and then double down on them making it worse. Don't get it twisted these leaders care nothing about you as person. They recently changed the WFH policy forcing many back into a bad office environment which is less efficient, costs the employees all sorts of time and resource trying to make it back in the office. Be ready for a CHEAP company, they force you back in the office where you will have to pay for parking so that will be $1000/yr out of your wages. Health insurance is mediocre. Favoritism runs rampant. Last year's annual raise was a whopping 2% in a year with 9%+ inflation, I guess they are bad at math. Meanwhile there "moto" internally is get 1% better everyday .....just don't expect to be compensated for that improvement. Leaders say one thing and do another so you'll quickly learn to ONLY pay attention to actions and not their words. The company has been rolling down hill since it went public where it only cares about chasing profits for share holders. High turnover and silent layoffs as they keep hiring on the front end.
