As you know our CEO, Henry, believes in the Return to Office, and we’ve had an RTO policy since the beginning of the year, while it has been mandatory since then, he has tried to give everyone time to adjust to a new normal. We have come to the point where he believes the benefits of the RTO policy outweigh the additional time for adjustment.
