Poor leadership driving the company downhill - Anonymous employee Zouk Employee Review

Messed up company lead by a useless CEO. The only reason he is there is because he was college buddy with the owner. Vain, self centered, self entitled and all that he cares about is his PR exposure for himself in the name of the company. No vision and no balls to do anything different. Company is just riding on the past success and reputation of Zouk from the heydays, but this is obviously going down the drain under the leadership of the current CEO.
