Pros
Generally a nice company to work in: good people, interesting work, lots of benefits, freedom to work independently, small team, hands-on training, good career progression, can learn a lot about many different things (electrical & mechanical engineering, 3D printing, programming, marketing, sales, software development, product development, etc.), diverse, inclusive, international, etc.
Cons
Stressful - extremely fast-paced (lots of urgent tasks), lots of overtime, surrounded by workaholics so I felt bad when taking vacations, can't fully recover from being sick (needed to work from home while sick; had to go to the office to fix urgent issues even while very, very sick)
