7yThank you for sharing your experience with us. We value all feedback as it helps us understand where we need to improve and I am personally grateful for the courage you’ve shown to share your thoughts about working at Zume.
Zume is focused on having a workforce that embraces everyone. We are in a time of rapid growth and change. That said, we know we’re not perfect. As we move quickly to build products and our business we need feedback to make sure we stay on track to build a great and enduring people culture.
We have many programs in place (and more to come) that will ensure we have great managers and leaders who can help all our employees grow and be successful in their work and career. We’ve greatly expanded our People Team and encourage you to bring your ideas and thoughts to anyone on the team. Your People Business Partner is a great place to start (Melanna Carroll is aligned with Tech).
I appreciate the feedback, as tough as it was to read--we are working hard to continue to evolve and grow every aspect of our experience for employees, and I hope we continue to use feedback (both where we are doing well, and where we have deltas) to help make Zume a great place to work for everyone as we scale as an organization. We are all excited to see where these developments will take us.
