Pros
- There’s always something interesting happening with the product - Holiday parties and off site events were always fun - Employees who are friends with the right higher ups will get promoted and be safe from layoffs - The company did do a fairly good job keeping employees engaged, even if they were remote or hybrid - Benefits package for current employees was really strong
Cons
- Very untrustworthy leadership. They talk about transparency and say the company is doing well, then conduct mass layoffs - Low morale - Top heavy; too many people in the C-Level - Most hiring decisions are based on who you know - Some departments and employees are blatantly allowed to violate office rules - Pay and severance packages weren't competitive, yet the company paid for an abundance of swag items
