Pros

International working environment and projects. Changes between different countries are possible. Can speak with top management on the same eyes level.

Cons

Chaotic management with lack of competence and strategic thinking. Political environment. Management Changes each 6-12 months. People are promoted based on working years or friendships in the company and not on skills. Missing elementary processes and disaster IT environment. Projects are finalized at all, deadlines is unknown word HR is visible on the day you sign and resign only. No any competence or support. You are just A number. Employees are lead by criticism and not by motivation.

-Good first overview about how the Zumtobel operates in the american market. -Assignment of own project and responsibility -Co workers have been friendly and took time for my questions. -Opportunity to see parts of the company outside the department I was assigned to.

Cons

-Location of the company and lunch spots are not easy to reach without a car.

Get to work within many departments and projects. Leader in the lighting industry get to work with latest technology in the lighting manufacturing

Cons

Room for growth can be minimal Very top heavy for upper management, A lot of paper pushers and not enough doers.
