Pros

Literally nothing, the HRs are the most culprit of the entire org. Promise something during the interview and change every bit of it after joining.

Cons

Well, currently the customer success is changed to onboarding success as part of streamlining the onboarding process. That's literally how crap the org and the leadership is.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on Glassdoor. Zuper provides the opportunity to wear multiple hats, taking on diverse tasks that is a catalyst for personal skillset expansion and proactively engaging with cross-functional teams. Recognizing and rewarding such efforts is integral and Human Resources makes sure to do this efficiently, by looking at the best interest of the employees and fostering a culture of continuous learning that is aligned with the dynamic trajectory of the organization. While we may not entirely align on certain suggestions, if you're open to it we'd welcome further discussion on the specific points you raised to better understand your perspective. Thank you.

Pros

The paychecks are the only positive

Cons

**Title: Worst Job I’ve Ever Had – A Nightmare Experience** I don’t even know where to start. Working here has been an absolute nightmare. The company culture is toxic, management is completely incompetent, and there's zero opportunity for growth. It's a total lack of respect for employees. The leadership team is unprofessional and often makes decisions with no input from the team, leading to constant confusion and frustration. Feedback is never welcomed, and if you try to speak up, you’re shut down or ignored. The company is micromanaged to the point where you're not trusted to make any decisions on your own, no matter how experienced you are. The work-life balance here is non-existent. You're expected to stay late every night, with no regard for your personal time or well-being. And when you do work hard and put in the extra effort, there’s no recognition or reward – just more work piled on. There’s absolutely no training or support for new employees. You’re thrown into a chaotic, disorganized environment with no guidance. Don’t expect any help from colleagues either – everyone is too busy trying to survive the madness themselves. If you're considering this company, DO NOT. It’s a dead-end job where you'll burn out quickly, and your mental health will suffer. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
