      Despite of matching profile and good technical interview, they didn't select anybody for that position. They are just shortlisting candidates to know their research and implement in their company without hiring!

      Got to travel to gulf of Mexico and West Coast of Africa and get more experience in the oil & gas industry

      Pros

      Maybe this is only way I get anonymous feedback. I think we are doing OK - are we? Rough around the edges - small company (18 employees) - neat technology - aggressive career growth opportunities - but is my view distorted? New employees work on complete projects, not one small part. Very complex engineering programs - I hope we are doing OK? International travel.

      Cons

      Small company - not all support infrastructure in place, big expectations of all employees, it is up to you to make it or not. You will be expected to deliver. Work in the offshore sector - so social life can messed with. International travel for work can be a pro or a con!
