Fair to good financial rewards, and real job satisfaction can be yours. Be prepared to work long hours. However in fairness the company recognises the need for support, for example in Swindon there was a good staff restaurant open to all staff
Cons
The company does not like failure, and offers no easy rides. However if you admit to problems the company will try to help, for example excellent training schemes
