Pros
The earnings (especially the bonus opportunities) were excellent, as were the available perks (e.g. private healthcare). The management (in my experience) was professional, and the training first class.
Cons
Total dedication to the role was required in order to achieve the targets, and realise the benefits offered. High pressure, competitive environment (in my sales division anyway), however this is to be expected. Relatively frequent strategic reviews, resulting in a general feeling of discomfort around our job security.
