appreciation by superiors for personal reasons were more appreciated than competence and competence was rather seen as a threat. This leading to a network of intrigues and open doors for mobbing and putting down good people. I have to tell that I felt abused, but have seen this with others too. At the very moment when all my knowledge was transferred having worked night and day to get the projects on the road I was made redundant by those who told me only days before how much my integrity and work was appreciated. "I will not forget to make sure that all your loyalty and you did for the business will be rewarded..." What a joke. I heard later that my work was sold as his and he got promoted.
