Pros
Some nice people, good coffee, good food. Great actual job and loads of opportunity, as the organisation is behind in so many ways.
Cons
Incredible level of micromanagement, to the point it is debilitating. Pockets of really nice caring people but equally, there are pockets of bullying and intimidation.
