      Compensation and ability to work remotely

      Cons

      Leadership is fiscally irresponsible and seems to not be able to build a stable sales team. The inability to scale at a healthy rate and not knowing key numbers led to a mass layoff of most of the sales team.

      - Positive work environment - Leader in this type of product - C-suites are always willing to hear you out with ideas/feedback - You have the ability to help create/streamline scalable processes

      - Typical startup growing pains - Remote only so there is little interaction between teams

      Pros

      The leadership that’s currently at the VP and Director level should be the ones running the company.

      Cons

      Poor pay, poor benefits (no matched 401k, no remote work stipends, etc), constant layoffs (4 in the past 2 years and no severance)
