Pros
Team Members around the office where very nice, free snacks, free coffee.
Cons
No Cubicles/Dividers, very loud for a "call center". Clients could hear others talking across the room to each other, at times with "colorful language".
Management would tell you to escalate after 30 minutes of work time, after you escalate it gets tossed back to you by the higher tier tech. (They don't do their job)
Then you get in trouble for working the ticket too long...
No matter if you're green on the board or not, you're treated like you're in the red. Unless for some reason they like you (totally unknown)
They claim you can be provided free training for more certifications by the company, and they'll reimburse you for the test, but never come through on it.
$13 hr, when the average around the area is closer to $17. Not a good place to work, unless you just "NEED" the experience in the field to move on.
