      Very talented people to work with Innovation in online games Great career opportunities Relatively easy to move around the company Job security (until this recent layoffs across the company) - Quality food and beverages

      Long hours (generally true with game companies) Struggling with identity as the first publicly traded social game company Variable hours/length of work days (being so responsive to live data, and running fierce deadlines)

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
