      - Some HR policies are obtuse - Intern policies are horrendous - They'll do anything to negotiate your salary down

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
