Pros
- Good food - Lots of learning of how system, scalibility and coding can be worked/optimised - Supporting colleagues - HR, Colleagues. Managers even GM of the comapny in India is reachable at any time(literally) - Extreme visibility, people know you exist in team and are working on things which is always important.
Cons
- Tight deadlines at time screwing work-life balance (not always) - Software developers have more pressure than other teams like game design /art and even if design had fault in there end, engineering pays up spending extra hours to recitfy it.
