      Pros

      If you put your head down, work hard and don't complain--you will see room for improvement. Do a good job and you will be rewarded. It is a VERY tough environment, not for everyone!

      Cons

      If you need structure and lots of kudoo's this is not the place for you. It is a very harsh work environment--not for the faint of heart.

      Great culture, supportive team environment, acceptable salary

      Cons

      VIP Account Management is meant to be an entry-level position (which does pay well), but can get very mundane and role tasks are repetitive; no major variety, or additional responsibilities
