Not a good company for someone with experience, they look for people with experience and manipulate them and hire as a fresher and offer a less pay. This company is just a staffing agency in the US market with only few clients. The employees are not respected for their efforts and they just want some boot lickers who nod their head at everything and don't raise their voice. The company does not have a HR team, no training department your colleagues train you, no portal to track employee status or mark attendance or apply for leave. The day you join within one or two hours they just explain the websites they use to hire candidates and no induction is given and no briefing on the different policies in the company, if questioned they say we are supposed to know everything bcoz their company does not follow any high standards. No employee strength just 20 to 30 people are working here though the company started 7-8 years back. Employees are not respected and not allowed to raise their opinions. Please do not join this company as a fresher and definitely not as someone carrying experience.
