1. Leads and Managers are unfit to manage a team. Since most of the leads and managers are from non tech background they themselves can't be able to understand client's requierement properly 2. Very rude, uncultured and unprofessional people 3. Lot of internal politics and micro management 4. While hiring, they won't mention regarding working on Saturdays, but gradually leads will make a trap for you to make you work on Saturdays and they won't pay anything extra , not even appreaciate your efforts 5. Managers are looting money, Where as trainees are getting 12000/- 6. Giving unrealistic targets It's my honest review, because I don't other innocent people to have such disgusting experience as of mine There's one saying, Those are well knowledged they will never showoff, But in Zyoin, it's different. Here most of the people are having half knowledge but know very well to show off
