Pros

I’m trying to be the least bias as I can be and I honestly cannot think of any pros for this company besides their “mission” to make students transportation safer and more innovative.

Cons

There’s way too many cons that I’m not sure where to even begin. - Executives will ask for the impossible from you and if you’re unable to deliver, expect to be let go. - HR leader(s) will do absolutely anything to keep the executives happy even if it means ruining your career - Notice how most of the reviews are positive and the cons don’t seem merely as bad. This is why I ask you to read between the lines, because if the organization receives a vote down, they will do whatever to cover it up with a bunch of positive reviews. Not sure who’s behind the work, but that already seems so shady. - If you decide this is your absolute decision to join, please keep in mind you will be overworked. and you HAVE to overwork to meet with the impossible deliverables - Micromanagement all around, equally spread across different departments - Your leadership will throw you under the bus as long as they get to keep their jobs - I can guarantee you that if you reach out to any past employees from Zum, they will have the same response

Pros

One thing that stands out to me is the consistency. The schedule is predictable, expectations are reasonable, and the environment remains professional. The position has been a positive experience for me because I know what to expect from week to week.

Cons

I don’t have any concerns about the driving conditions.

Pros

This company will hire people without much experience.

Cons

• The leadership at Zum has consistently exploited and taken advantage of its workforce. • Employees are pushed into exhausting workloads and left overwhelmed by long and demanding working hours. • Extended shifts are required, yet overtime pay is not properly compensated, creating an unfair and one sided system. • Management shows little regard for employee well being and focuses mainly on extracting as much work as possible.
