Pros

- some staff are very nice, collaborative, and work well with the kids/adults - the kids

Cons

- Management is poor at best. Management/CEO goes through waves of being super present and then longer waves of being MIA. - They over subscribe ABA hours. Block scheduling puts most kids at 40hrs a week. Red flag! - CEO openly talks poorly about staff, clients, and families with other staff while at the clinic. - The clinics themselves are in terrible condition. 2/3 clinics have only 1-2 bathroom stalls for clients and staff to share. The walls have holes in them, paint chipping off the walls, baseboards coming off, etc. - Some staff are just not meant for the job. Whether it be for the fact that their heart isn’t in it or other reasons. Clinicians have raised concerns about behavior displayed by specific clinicians for quite a while now, yet they still work there and the concerns have not resolved!! - Some of the clinicians are great. Others make everything very compliance based. - 4 clinicians (not RBTs, but lead/professional clinicians) have announced they’re leaving within the past couple weeks. One left very abruptly, and the whole way management explained that was very sus. Many RBTs have also left. That says a lot. I could go on but that’s probably enough…

Pros

Management was generally accommodating when staff needed time off or had scheduling conflicts. Some staff members were kind, supportive, and respectful to work with. I had the opportunity to work with several wonderful, respectful coworkers. Many of my coworkers were compassionate and enjoyable to work alongside. Some staff members created a positive and supportive work environment despite other challenges. I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of many of my coworkers.

Cons

I experienced unprofessional communication from administration, including negative comments about staff that undermined trust and morale. Administrative priorities often seemed to emphasize productivity and caseload volume over the quality of client care. High productivity expectations could make it difficult to provide the level of individualized care that clients deserved. Communication between administration and clinical staff could be inconsistent at times. Scheduling and workload expectations sometimes contributed to unnecessary stress. Support and guidance varied depending on the situation and supervisor.
