At times it seemed we were chasing revenue to stay afloat. Not unique, but not the perfect environment for job security. Team handled it well though.

Allowed for focus on continuous improvement and the fostering of quality engineering practices.

All of the people responsible for the Pros were let go or chose to leave. In general, the leadership is very weak and those in leadership positions are very protective of their power to the detriment of the company's health. But the biggest problem with this company is the lack of vision when it comes to a marketable product.
