Pros
Adaplo is a company that started from ex-Googlers. Which means that they know pretty well the AdTech environment. More over, some great engineers constantly innovate through great technologies to produce some piece-of-art solutions.
Add to that, the flexible working hours, the agile product management and the great spirit within the team, and you have the bundle for great success.
Cons
I would have liked things to move a bit faster. The AdTech environment has become very fragmented and small companies ought to be very fast to beat the large dinosaurs (i.e. competition).
