Pros

I came to Adsquare with no prior adtech experience, so I was a little apprehensive about the learning curve. But I quickly found, that the team were genuinely welcoming and invested in helping me get up to speed. The culture here is collaborative and supportive in a way that feels rare in a sales environment. What's stood out most is the level of trust and autonomy I've been given. I have real ownership over growing my patch and developing my own strategies to drive revenue, but support is always there when I need it, whether that's help expanding contacts or guidance on growing spend. There's also genuine opportunity here if you're willing to put the work in. Leadership is accessible and open to conversations about progression, and I've already seen colleagues take on more responsibility and move up. It feels like a company where your efforts are noticed, which in my experience is rarer than it should be. It's also really exciting to work for a company that is rapidly growing and increasingly recognised as a trusted solution for data-driven audience targeting and footfall measurement.

Cons

Coming in from outside adtech, the onboarding into the technical side of the product takes a bit of time (there's a lot to learn!). That said, the team is patient and the supportive. As with most growing companies, some internal processes are still evolving, but that's part of working somewhere with momentum.

Pros

Excellent culture, where work/life balanced is prioritized. Plenty of WFH flexibility, and exposure to multiple cultures every day due to the synergies across all markets. Given the multiple platforms Adsquare is integrated with, working here also allows employees to work with major agencies/platforms in the Ad Tech space providing a holistic view of the industry, and where it's heading.

Cons

Given how lean some teams are, there isn't always clear swim lanes as to who is responsible for certain requests. Additionally given how small are teams are new products aren't always properly stress tested before being pushed to market.

Pros

Geat people to work for inclusive of a great culture

Cons

Data, location and mobile data specifically is a very saturated market. From a sales perspective, it is hard to get large companies to choose your product without a large differentiator when there are 8 companies offering similar products
