Pros
Very pragmatic and nice leadership, manageable workloads, interesting and varied projects, direct colleagues are also very nice and dedicated to their work. Great wfh policy but the new office is also very nice so worth a regular visit.
Cons
Nothing out of the ordinary, especially considering this is a national brand under the wing of one of the most well known businesses in Australia. They’ve done a great job creating a work environment where the tech teams feel nimble but not chaotic and still well supported.
