      Pros

      The developers who work here are amazing. Honestly that's the only thing good about working here. If it wasn't for them I would have quit a long time ago.

      Cons

      Executive management is terrible. Questionable decisions, deception towards employees and customers. No appreciation or recognition towards employees. Most developers are fed up and ready to quit.

      Pros

      The team is amazing. Some of the smartest people I have had the pleasure of working with. The management team clearly know the problem space very well and are experts in their fields. Chance to work on a very interesting problem that will be very important for years to come.

      Cons

      Sometimes we move so fast that we don't always have a good idea of what we should be building. This leads to the occasional feature that needs to be reworked.

      Fantastic group of people to work with. Lots to learn for a software developer. We work with allot of interesting technology and have a group of brilliant people to draw from.

      Cons

      Unclear or non existent specs. Requirements are often not well definied
