These reviews are fake - Implementation Consultant alliantgroup, LP Employee Review

The reviews are fake, when I was at alliant group 2 years ago, there was a big focus on getting their glass door review up. They have to pay people sign significantly more to work there because people are scared from the reviews. I started with 15 people in less than two years later 90% of them have left. The culture is humiliating, management gets off on watching people fail, you work long hours for no reason, unless you’re super desperate I wouldn’t work there. Not to mention a tax credit I worked for at the company, leadership would tell me just to count it towards research and development so the company would get money back from the government and we would get paid - it was fraudulant.
