Good opportunity for the freshers

work can be a bit hectic at sometime

* No work-life balance * Extreme favoritism and poor leadership * No fair recognition or support * Mentally exhausting environment I’ve worked at Alphastream.ai for several years, and what hurts the most isn’t the workload — it’s the way people are treated. Employees are constantly pushed to work late nights, weekends, and holidays, and it’s never seen as extra effort. It’s simply “expected.” There’s no appreciation, no recognition — just more pressure. The environment is filled with favoritism. A few people stay in management’s good books no matter what, while others who actually put in real work are overlooked and even blamed when things go wrong. Collaboration is poor because knowledge isn’t shared freely, and instead of fixing that, leadership tends to take sides. Speaking up only brings more stress and fear of being targeted. Over time, it breaks your confidence. You start doubting yourself even when you’re doing your best. I’ve seen talented people burn out and stop caring because the system rewards appearance over effort. There are still some good people here — colleagues who quietly support each other and do the right thing. But overall, it’s an emotionally draining place where hard work rarely finds respect.
