Pros
Antsle is a rising, yet smaller company in terms of number of employees that is rising through the ranks in the private cloud sector. Being that it's a start-up, there is a lot of room to grow and get really powerful hands-on experience here. At Antsle, you have the opportunity of coming on and making a really big difference and getting creative to help solve problems. They encourage idea generation and feedback from employees at all levels give independence to their employees.
Cons
Since it's a startup and small, you may find yourself working on multiple projects at once or with variable tasks that differ from day to day. To me, this isn't a con as I find having a variety of tasks and multiple projects at once keeps me engaged and believe that the additional tasks enable me to learn and increase my own set of skills. It just depends on what kind of person you are and if you like to stick to a strict schedule of duties or like a little bit of a mix up.
