Pros
Supervisors supporting supervisors are amazing. Can go to each other for full support and to discuss issues. Owners can be helpful at times
Cons
Clinic morale is constantly an issue, RBTs are not trained and entitled. They expect things to just be handed to them without putting in the work, they don't take care of what is provided, cannot accept feedback or implement it, and act as though they know better than the supervisors. There is no training to keep the RBTs in check or to set them up for success. They do what they want in response to behaviors rather than what they should (you know doing actual ABA). The company stopped being compassionate about clients and staff support. They started being more money focused and pushing clients on BCBAs. There is less flexibility and negotiation with positions. Started having higher billable hours for not enough compensation. They also do not consider clinical and ethical decision making when they make decisions, because they aren't connected the board and making ethical violations does not effect them. They like to twist words and situations to best fit what suites them rather what's best for the BCBAs and RBTs.
