None there’s just no pros working for this company.
Cons
1 you work overtime but don’t get paid the hours until end of calendar year. ( sometimes the hours you worked extra, would magically disappear from your system) 2 the hours are just not fair. Plus you can’t chose your shift. 3. The benefits there are literally none. They just have the standard because it’s in france. 4. You are being micro manage 24/7 even when you have to go pee. 5. You can’t grow in this company. 0 opportunity! 6. literally No salary increase regardless of your position ! You would think they would but no there is none. 7. The pay itself is a joke you barely hit the smic. 8. Vacations now taking time away is a battle, if you are lucky to have taken time off, they have the great idea of removing your days and then blame it on the (system) and then you are left with no vacations. Their main client is Apple but they clearly don’t follow Apple standards. They really treat their employees like they are robots. Give them little to no respect.
