      Opportunities for good pay and benefits (pay plans change regularly)

      Cons

      High Stress Company that pushes employees for production at the expense of work life balance. No Job security. Company makes large staff reductions once or twice a year in response to seasonal declines in work.

      Pros

      Great pay, great environment, great people to work with and learn from.

      Cons

      Not a good long term job since Ai is taking over so many job and they outsourced alot of remote work ojt of the country. Job security in remote area just isn't long lasting. To move up, you have to move into field work.
