      Great product selection and laid back family atmosphere

      Cons

      Not to discredit loyalty, but long-time employees who are undermanaged can make for a stagnant and toxic workplace. Is it growing pains or cancer? I will never know because I quit for a more professional environment.

      Went thru managers too quickly-3 in 2 months? Some Managers are very experienced, others lack a basic understanding of what it takes to be successful.

      As always, we’re thankful for the reviews we receive on Glassdoor. This one, unfortunately, appears to be for a different “Plan B” employer –– a restaurant, not our advertising agency. We have repeatedly petitioned Glassdoor to help us resolve such cases of mistaken identity, but they remain slow to take action. We hope the individual who posted this review will remove it from our company page and re-post it on the appropriate Plan B restaurant page where it belongs.
