> Learned lots of new programming concepts I haven't even heard of before with the help even from people I did not directly work with. > Some developers truly know their craft and when an issue arises, can pinpoint its location thanks to the expert knowledge they possess.
Cons
> Almost every document I've come across was in Dutch, with rare instances of an English version. > Overall lack of proper in-depth software documentation. Tons of knowledge is stored in developers' minds with no real place to learn the software, if you are a new developer in the team.
