Great training, and free hotel stays and meal/travel reimbursement to the training. Friendly, helpful corporate staff and trainers that are very involved in the trainings. Rewarding work. Making people feel good about themselves is always great. Lots of gratis. Great product.
Cons
Poor pay. Poor choice in boutique management. Low bonuses Heavy insistence on sales goals. Offers completely free makeovers.
