- Great product discount - Growing company with a loyal customer fanbase - Flexible work hours with management - Ability to work and be creative with makeup!
Cons
- Payroll hours have been cut drastically since I began 2 years ago - 3% merit increase finally given after 2 years even though was told there would be 3 month performance reviews - Communication to upper levels of management almost non-existent
