Pros
Great products, great coworkers, amazing discount. Starting pay is more than reasonable, IF you have prior makeup/cosmetology experience. Made a lot of great customer connections. You NEED to be a people-person and team player.
Cons
No word of opening more locations to accommodate growth in the company. Not enough FT retail positions; again, growth is VERY limited.
