Pros
Bonus if store makes monthly goal. Gratis about every three months. Pays really good compared to most company's.
Cons
No benefits for part time employees. Not enough gratis to compensate for having to use their product. Travel pay takes too long to come in. Don't care how he store is ran as long as your store is making money
