#1 Their office is at a prime location where there's no dearth of dining options, if you plan on lunching out. #2 Whatever miserable salary they pay you, they'll pay punctually.

Con #1 They call themselves an ad agency but they'll not provide you a written brief on what needs to be done for a particular project. So, for the most part, you'll be clueless. Con #2 They love to spring brainstorm sessions on you out of nowhere. So, many a time, you will enter these sessions without doing prior research or having initial ideas. Con #3 Once you join this company, you'll have to kiss 2 weekends of each month goodbye. Why? Coz you'll have to come back to office for an entire day, on the first and third Saturday of every month. Con #4 There are some 'oldcomers' who still exist in this agency. Not because they love to be there, but because they are still waiting for the right time and opportunity to leave this place.
